Right of Withdrawal
Customers are entitled to a 14-day period to withdraw from the contract. With regard to the conditions and legal consequences of the right to withdraw from the contract, the following information on withdrawal is referenced.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason. The 14-day period begins on the day the ordered items have been received by the customer or by an authorized third-party who is not the delivering party.
To assert the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify AYA Trading GmbH (AYA Trading GmbH, Weidstrasse 12, CH-8803 Rüschlikon, Switzerland, email@example.com) by sending a clear and unambiguous notice (e.g. a letter sent by regular mail or e-mail) of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The enclosed sample withdraw form may be used; this is, however, not required.
The withdrawal period is deemed observed, if the customer sends the notice of withdrawal from the contract before the period ends.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If a customer withdraws from a contract, AYA Trading GmbH is obliged to immediately and within 14 days refund all payments received, including delivery fees (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a delivery service other than the most economical standard delivery service offered by AYA Trading GmbH). The refund period begins on the date on which AYA Trading GmbH receives the customer’s notice of withdrawal from contract. The refund is paid via the same payment system originally used by the customer, unless another agreement has expressly been made; in no case will the customer be charged for the refund. AYA Trading GmbH may delay the refund until the ordered items have been returned or until the customer has delivered proof that the items have been shipped back, depending on which occurs first.
The customer must immediately and within 14 days ship or hand over the ordered items; this period begins on the date of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The period is deemed observed if the customer ships the items before the end of the 14-day period. The customer must bear all immediate costs to return the order. The customer is only responsible for compensating any loss in value of the items if this loss is due to the customer handling the items in a way that is not necessary for testing their quality, properties, and functionality.
The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health safety and hygiene concerns if their seal has been broken after delivery.
